eSherpa is a suite of business tools that add functionality for large-scale Etsy sellers. The client hired us to build for his Etsy shop that was doing large volumes to sell problems that he was experiencing. He then expanded to create a SAAS product.

The client wanted to create a hands-free interactive workflow for nurses and doctors in hospitals that would help record and document the patient experience. This would include prescriptions, orders, notes, medication lists, problems, allergies and referrals. When the provider speaks, the documentation is performed on a large monitor for both the patient and physician to see. This design is to optimize the in-room time without taking away from the visit.

Theatrisoft is a cloud-based full-featured Box Office and Theatre management platform for multiple locations and stages, with online ticket reservations, in-person point of sale and integrated payments, donation management, QR scanning app, and marketing integrations.

The software needed to be built with a modular API architecture that allows for additional applications and functionality to be added to the software as the company grows. Each system will be self-contained and function separately but when brought together will yield an application that will allow for complete management of theatre business and need to be able to scale to min 200.000 active users a month.
As the company grows new features can be added with minimal redevelopment.
Our client was onboarding multiple theatres out of the gate and needed to be able to scale up traffic quickly.
We needed to integrate with Stripe for Payments and Google Data Studio to allow for custom reporting.

Daaneyah is a cloud-based system that provides an extensive and automated system of buying consumable goods like snacks, beverages, coffee, drinks, and other products as determined by the Host. The system gives customers the opportunity to remotely or physically select products from any Vending Machine of their choice by either scanning a QR code or using the Machine’s code.

This was especially important as we needed to create a mobile customer app, a POS app, an app that ran on the physical vending machine and an app to manage the stock in the warehouse, and a merchant app for those buying or renting vending machines.

The offer is particularly characterized by a large selection of colors and individually configurable and refillable make-up pallets (REFILL SYSTEM).
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The online shop was created with WooCommerce. A plugin was implemented and adapted so that customers can design their palettes. This allows makeup palettes to be configured as desired and relevant discounts to be applied automatically.

MODEi is an online platform aggregating digital show rooms run by brick and mortar fashion stores. The idea of this aggregator is to provide customers with a tool allowing them to find products online and make their reservation in order to try and eventually purchase it locally.

Retailers purchasing through the marketplace FashionCentrum can launch own digital show room allowing them to present their offer. The product data would be automaticaly exported from relevant B2B store and could be edited respectively within retailer’s account being accessed through the MaxManager ERP.
We had to provide the retailers with an easy to use tool allowing them to present their offer that was integrated with the FashionCentrum marketplace through the ERP MaxManager.

Fitmando is an online platform that provide a complete range of offers regarding sports, fitness, leisure and health. Selected personal trainers can use this platform to sell their training and nutrition plans, build their own community and stay in touch with trainees.

We designed and developed a system that allows personal trainers to create their training and nutrition plans online and then sell them. Every personal trainer has a personal page that can be accessed under a subdomain: www.fitmando.de/trainer. There he/she can present himself/herself, create and sell relevant plans. We have provided a public forum and a separate forum for each plan (led by the respective trainer) to communicate with the users who have purchased that plan. In addition, personal trainers have the opportunity to publish articles in the Fitmando magazine, which is accessible to all visitors.
