The brokerage team invested several hours in each new property: manually transferring property data into Word templates, drafting descriptions, processing photos, and exporting the listing as a PDF. With over 40 new listings per month, a significant administrative backlog built up, eating into time that should have been spent on sales.
An Airtable form captures all property data. Once a record is marked as complete, a Make.com scenario automatically triggers: GPT-4 generates compelling sales copy based on the features, images are optimized via Cloudinary, and a PDF template (created with Carbone.io) is populated with all the data and emailed to the team. The entire process runs without human intervention.
The time required to create each property listing dropped from an average of two hours to less than three minutes. The texts consistently achieve a quality level that the team internally rates as “better than if we had written them ourselves.” This saves over 80 hours of the agents’ time each month, allowing them to focus on viewings and client relations instead.
