Implementation of a platform for AI-supported corporate wellness
How a wellness provider supplies its B2B clients with personalized health programs—fully automated, scalable, and measurably effective.
Companies want to offer their employees personalized health programs but struggle with scaling: creating each personalized program manually is time-consuming, and participant progress is rarely tracked systematically or prepared for HR reports.
We developed a Bubble.io platform where employees complete a health questionnaire during onboarding. An AI module analyzes stress levels, exercise habits, sleep quality, and dietary preferences to generate a 12-week program featuring course recommendations, as well as meditation and nutrition plans. Weekly check-ins are automatically evaluated, and HR receives aggregated, GDPR-compliant dashboards displaying participation rates and well-being indicators.
The first corporate client was able to onboard all 320 employees within two weeks—without any additional HR effort. The platform generates personalized programs fully automatically and, for the first time, provides management with valid well-being data for strategic HR decisions.
